1. Agreement between the Clients & Karnatakapackages:
By accessing, using, browsing or making a booking through easymytrip.com, users agree to the terms and conditions of our portal.
2. Prices on the Website:
The service charge, cancellation charge, and reschedule charge are all inclusive of GST.
At karnatakapackages.com, our prices generally include accommodation charges and taxes (unless specified otherwise). In special cases, some meals may also be included (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). However, our prices never include personal expenses or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.
3. Mode of Payments & the Policies:
Our payment gateway is highly secure, and customers can make online payments through a safe transaction process that guarantees their personal security codes will not be revealed under any circumstances. By using our payment gateway, customers can rest assured that their information is confidential and secure.

4. Communication Policy of the Site
You will receive an email from Karnataka Packages with the status of your transaction once you have completed a purchase on our site. The email will be sent to the address you provided, so please double-check that it is correct to ensure you receive the update.
We are not responsible for issues with receiving or accessing the email once it has been sent. Additionally, we offer SMS updates as a courtesy to our customers. This service is not required by law, and if you do not receive SMS updates for any reason, we are not liable.
5. Refund Policy
Karnataka Packages will only process a refund once we have received a cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company via the mybooking section or email. If a refund is approved, the customer will receive the refunded amount directly to their mode of payment within 72 hours after we have received it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other supplier.
Please note that refunds for air tickets will only be processed after we have received the refund amount from the Airlines.
According to our banking procedures, credit card refunds may take up to 72 hours to process, while net banking refunds may take up to 7 days. Once you’ve used your wallet funds for a transaction, the remaining amount in your wallet can’t be transferred to your bank account. However, it can be used for future bookings with us.
